Refurbish Process 

EVERY item that we sell is meticulously cleaned and inspected inside and out. We open up and fix whatever is necessary to make every unit 100% operational. Each system is tested for 20 minutes or more with a variety of games to ensure every feature works as intended. We deep-clean all items we sell from the insides of a game case, to the buttons on a DS. We promise you will love your MWGames order knowing that it has been cleaned by some of the best in the business.

Shipping 

All orders from MWGames are shipped within 3 days. Each item is carefully packed and sent. We use 2-Layer easy-to-open boxes. 

Important 

Stylus may not match the color of the system. On good condition units there will be ABSOLUTELY NO Screen fading or dead pixels WHATSOEVER. Acceptable condition units may have light screen damage such as a few dead pixels or screen fading on the edges.

Good VS Acceptable Condition 

Good Condition - Does not show heavy signs of yellowing, scratches, chips, cracks, dirt/debris, and screen yellowing or screen lines. Good condition systems may show normal signs of wear.

Acceptable Condition - includes but is not limited to some yellowing, small cracks, small chips, screen damage, etc.

An acceptable condition item still functions as it should and is deemed playable or it is not sold. Acceptable items may have large cosmetic wear but are still operational.

Acceptable condition items may have some dead pixels or faded pixels at the edge of the screens. 

Returns

All if our items come with a 30-Day worry-free return policy. If your item arrives and something isn’t functioning as it should, we will immediately offer a refund or replace the unit. Simply put it back in its original box and put a shipping label on that we will email to you. If your system is not functional due to buyer error, then we will not offer a refund or replacement.
